1. You Own Your Photos

You retain ownership of any photos, videos, and guestbook messages you upload. By uploading, you give PhotosJoy permission only to display your media in the event gallery and sync it to the host's connected Google Drive.

2. Acceptable Use

PhotosJoy is designed specifically for Private Event Photo Sharing among invited guests. It is not a public social network, open file-sharing forum, or public web host. Users must not upload illegal, hateful, or abusive content. Automated spam, scrapers, and attempts to disrupt the service are strictly prohibited.

3. Host Responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible for sharing their QR code with appropriate guests, keeping their organizer password or host key confidential, and moderating content in their gallery.

4. Google Drive Storage

When Google Drive is connected, files mirror to the host's personal Google account. Storage availability depends on the host's own Google Drive storage limits.

5. Service Availability

PhotosJoy is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted uptime during your event, hosts are encouraged to maintain copies of important photos in their Google Drive or local storage.
